Some of the files on this site are in Microsoft Windows™ HTML Help file format (CHM), which provides an easy to use database-like format for searching and viewing the information.

You do not necessarily have to be using IE to view or download them though. If you have Windows 98, ME or 2000 you have all you already have the required files installed.   File Updates You also may need to update some of the Windows™ supporting files for the CHM format files to work/display correctly. The updated file (hhupd.exe) is available from the Microsoft website.
